Nautical Landing: 10 years of selling tropical decor at the Lake

Fun signs, pirate hats, flags and other nautical gifts are found throughout the store.

You’ll feel like you’re back on that tropical vacation, while you’re listening to island music coming through the speakers at Nautical Landing in Osage Beach. Located at the Osage Beach Premium Outlets, the family-owned and operated store offers everything you need to decorate your home to add a coastal flair.
The store has been selling décor, gifts and more since opening in March 2005. About six months ago they moved to their new location at the outlet. The store is celebrating 10 years in business.
"We originally opened our store in Kansas City back in October of 2001, as there were no stores at the time that had much of any nautical or tropical décor," Linda Grossman, store owner, said. "A lot of our customers either lived on or near a Lake, were boaters, or vacationed at a water location. Some of our customers kept telling us about the Lake of the Ozarks and that our store would be a big hit down there."
They checked out the Lake and decided to make the move.

Even though their main focus is on nautical, tropical and coastal décor and gifts, there is a wide variety of items that will make great gifts for anyone. 

There are a thousand styles of tumblers to choose from at the store, with designs for children to the avid sports fan. It is their number one selling item.
