Known for great BBQ

When they say "Smell That Smoke," they mean it. Smokers are cooking barbecue 24 hours a day at Bandana's in Osage Beach, running all night long to serve next-day customers.
Owners Adam and Austin Craddock pride themselves on operating a local restaurant with great barbecue.
"We are one of a few restaurants where you will find the owners working each day - cooking, cleaning, doing whatever it takes to guarantee each guest has the best possible experience. We live and work in the Lake area and we are proud to say that our restaurant is locally owned and operated," Adam said.
Bandana's is a family-friendly, casual dining restaurant that specializes in smoked meats cooked sauceless. You won’t find hamburgers or pasta dishes on the menu, just some of the best BBQ in the Midwest.
"Our focus is on one thing, BBQ, and we are good at it," Adam says. "We are probably known best for our slow-smoked St. Louis Style Spare Ribs." Sweet, tender and fall off the bone, they are considered by many to be the best at the Lake.
The restaurant recently introduced Smoked Chicken Wings, which are a huge hit. Slow smoked and tossed in our signature wing sauce they are quickly becoming a guest favorite. The BBQ Chicken Nachos are also popular.
Expect fast, friendly service as well as the cleanest establishment around.
"We are committed to having the highest standards when it comes to guest service," Adam said.
Order smoked chicken, ribs, pork, beef and turkey as well as side homemade side items like potato salad and baked bread. All of the sauces and dry rubs are their own recipe and there are six types of sauces to choose from.
They also serve beer and wine and a variety of classic desserts.
Bandana's Bar-B-Q is the largest caterer in the state of Missouri. Currently there are 25 corporate locations in three states and five franchises. The Craddock's own three of them located in Osage Beach, Jefferson City and Sedelia.
